Welcome to Oral Chart APP (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This Application is provided by gimjin (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") to assist veterinarians in efficiently documenting medical records. Please read this agreement carefully before use. By using this Application, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Services
- Voice Scribe: You can record consultation audio through this Application. The audio stream will be sent in real-time to the speech recognition service for voice scribe, generating subjective and objective information for medical records. We do not retain any audio files.
- Imaging Analysis: You may upload pet images or report pictures. The images will be stored in cloud storage and analyzed by the AI large model to provide draft plan information (draft plan information is for reference only and does not constitute a final diagnosis).
- AI-generated SOAP Notes: Based on the voice scribe information, the AI large model will generate assessment and treatment plan suggestions.
- Personal Information Settings: You can set personal details (e.g., name, clinic) for personalized services.
2. Account and Security
- You need to register an account to use this Application and ensure that the information provided is true and accurate. The account is for personal use only; you are responsible for any consequences arising from account mismanagement.
- You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not use this Application for illegal activities or infringe upon the rights of others.
3. Disclaimer
- All information provided by this Application (including draft plan and assessment suggestions) is generated by artificial intelligence and is for reference only. It does not constitute medical diagnosis. Final diagnosis and treatment must be made by a licensed veterinarian based on actual conditions. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on the information provided by this Application.
- Due to technical limitations, services may be interrupted or contain errors. We will strive to maintain stability but cannot guarantee absolute reliability.
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (audio, images, text). You grant us the necessary permissions to use this content for providing the services.
- The intellectual property rights of the software, interface, and logos of this Application belong to us. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
5. Service Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the services as needed and will provide advance notice where possible. If you violate this agreement, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Application.
6. Payment and Subscription
This Application processes subscription fees through Apple App Store (IAP) and Google Play Store (IAP). Regarding paid services:
- Subscription fees are collected via Apple IAP or Google Play IAP. Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscription management.
- Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot process refunds directly. Please refer to Apple's or Google's refund policies for specific terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Contact Us First: For any questions or disputes, please contact us first at . We commit to responding within 15 business days and will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (as the service provider is registered in China). However, nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (e.g., EU member states).
- Formal Dispute Resolution: If the dispute cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at the time of application. The seat of arbitration shall be Beijing. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
This Application currently uses the following third-party service providers to deliver the services described in this agreement:
- Login Services: Google (Google Sign-In SDK), Apple (Apple Sign-In SDK)
- Payment Services: Apple (App Store IAP), Google (Google Play Billing)
- AI Large Model Service: Alibaba Cloud (Qwen)
- Speech Recognition Service: Alibaba Cloud (Real-time transcription)
- Image Storage Service: Alibaba Cloud (Object Storage Service)
All providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and may only use your data to provide the services of this Application. If providers change, this agreement will be updated accordingly.
