1. Information Collection

  • Information You Provide: When registering or setting up your profile, we may collect your name, phone number, Org Name, etc.
  • Information Collected During Use:
    • Audio Stream: Consultation audio is sent in real-time to the speech recognition service for voice scribe. We do not retain audio files.
    • Images: Uploaded images or reports are stored in cloud storage and analyzed by the AI large model.
    • Text Information: Scribed medical note, assessment suggestions generated by the large model, etc.
  • Device Information: To ensure service stability, we may collect device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, log information, etc.
  • Anonymized/Pseudonymized Interaction Data: We collect anonymized or pseudonymized interaction data (such as page views and button clicks) to help improve our AI features and overall user experience.

The above audio streams, images, and text information are relayed through our servers to Alibaba Cloud Qwen AI services for processing. When you first use these features, the App will clearly inform you and ask for your consent.

This Application involves the processing of sensitive personal data such as medical records and audio. By registering an account and agreeing to this policy, you authorize us to process the above data in accordance with this policy, and we commit to taking strict protective measures.

2. Use of Information

  • To provide, optimize, and improve services (e.g., Voice Scribe, Generate Note).
  • For account management, customer support, and security monitoring.
  • Not used for other undisclosed purposes without your consent.

The legal bases for our processing of your personal data include: your consent, necessity for the performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

  • We work with third-party service providers to process data. These providers are obligated to maintain confidentiality and use the data solely for providing the required services for this Application. (See Section 8 for details.)
  • We do not share your personal information with other third parties except in the following circumstances:
    • With your explicit consent;
    • As required by law;
    • To protect our rights, user safety, or public interest.

4. Data Storage and Protection

  • Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore (Alibaba Cloud, Singapore data center). We employ encryption in transit and at rest, along with strict access controls to protect your information.
  • Your data may be transferred between different countries/regions as necessary for service delivery. We ensure that cross-border data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and provide adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms.
  • We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services. You may request deletion.

5. Your Rights

  • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to delete your account. You can do this via the Application settings or by contacting us.
  • You may refuse to provide certain information, but this may affect your ability to use some features.
  • For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.
  • For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; the right to delete your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information.
  • For Canadian Residents (PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25): You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions) by contacting us at . 6. Children's Privacy

This Application is not intended for children under 16. If you are a child, please use it under the guidance of a guardian.

8. Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers

This Application integrates the following third-party SDKs and service providers, all of which are bound by confidentiality agreements and used solely to deliver the services of this Application:

  • Apple Sign-In SDK (Apple): Used for Apple ID sign-in. Data collected includes: Apple ID identifier and authorization credentials. Data is processed by Apple in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • Google Sign-In SDK (Google): Used for Google account sign-in. Data collected includes: basic Google account information and OAuth token. Data is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • Apple IAP / Google Play Billing: Used for in-app subscription payment processing. Data collected includes: transaction information and subscription status. Payment data is processed by Apple and Google respectively in accordance with their privacy policies.
  • Alibaba Cloud (Qwen AI Large Model): Used for AI-generated SOAP Notes and Imaging Analysis. Data sent includes: transcribed conversation text, existing medical record content, user preferences, medical image URLs, and pet basic information. Both we and the service provider commit to not using your input for any model training or disclosing your personal privacy.
  • Alibaba Cloud (Real-time Speech Recognition): Used for real-time voice scribe of consultation audio. Data sent includes: real-time audio stream. We do not retain audio files; audio is used solely for real-time transcription. Both we and the service provider commit to not using your input for any model training or disclosing your personal privacy.
  • Alibaba Cloud (Object Storage Service): Used for storing uploaded images and reports. Data sent includes: user-uploaded medical images and report files.

If providers change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Payment Data Processing

This Application uses Apple IAP (App Store) and Google Play IAP (Google Play) to process subscription payments. During the payment process:

  • Payment information is processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your credit card numbers or detailed payment account information.
  • We only receive transaction confirmation data (such as transaction IDs and subscription status) to verify and manage your subscription.
  • Refunds must be requested through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot process refunds directly.
  • When you request a refund through the Apple App Store, Apple sends us a consumption data request. To help Apple make an informed refund decision, we may submit the following information to Apple: your feature usage ratio within the current subscription period (consumption percentage based on voice transcription duration, AI SOAP note generation count, imaging analysis count, and visit summary generation count), whether the service has been delivered and used, and whether a free trial was provided. Your consent is required before submitting this data. You may decline to share this information, but it may affect the outcome of your refund review.

10. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations in your region, including but not limited to:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): If you are an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your personal data.
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information.
  • Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): If you are a Canadian resident, you may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

As the service provider of this Application is based in China, some of your data may need to be transferred to China for processing (e.g., AI model inference). We ensure that:

  • Cross-border transfers comply with the data protection laws of your region;
  • Adequate safeguards are provided through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms;
  • Only the minimum data necessary for service delivery is transferred.

12. Data Deletion & Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data or to delete your account.

  • You can self-service delete your account via the in-app Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe (unless retention is required by applicable law).
