- Audio Stream: Consultation audio is sent in real-time to the speech recognition service for transcription. We do not retain audio files.
- Images: Uploaded images or reports are stored in cloud storage and analyzed by the AI large model.
- Text Information: Transcribed medical record content, assessment suggestions generated by the large model, etc.
- Device Information: To ensure service stability, we may collect device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, log information, etc.
2. Use of Information
- To provide, optimize, and improve services (e.g., Voice to Chart, AI Draft Plan).
- For account management, customer support, and security monitoring.
- Not used for other undisclosed purposes without your consent.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
- We work with third-party service providers to process data. These providers are obligated to maintain confidentiality and use the data solely for providing the required services for this Application. (See Section 9 for details.)
- We do not share your personal information with other third parties except in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent;

- To protect our rights, user safety, or public interest.
4. Data Storage and Protection
- Your information may be stored on servers in different regions: data from users in Mainland China is stored within China (e.g., Hangzhou), while data from users in other countries and regions is stored outside of China (e.g., Singapore). We take reasonable measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect information security but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services. You may request deletion.

- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to delete your account. You can do this via the Application settings or by contacting us.

This Application is not intended for children under 16. If you are a child, please use it under the guidance of a guardian.
